Jamie Ramsden brings over 20 years of international business experience, including five years as a Chief Executive, where he created significant and sustained business results through intense customer focus, disciplined processes and highly-engaged teams. As an Executive Coach for over a decade, he has clients in the UK, Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia.
During his time at Goodridge USA, Jamie created a change initiative that transformed the company and resulted in 400% growth over a seven-year period. He and his team built infrastructure, energized employees and implemented LEAN systems, yielding world-class supplier awards from Goodridge’s OEM customers and resulting in significant top- and bottom-line improvements. In 2013, Jamie guided the company to private-equity acquisition as part of the global leadership team.
Jamie is currently the founder and Chief Executive of Adastra Consulting His clients encompass corporate, government, non-profit and private organizations around the world. A select list includes: Coca Cola, GE, All State, Ford, Nissan, PwC, Wharton Business School, London Business School, Comcast, Anthem, SAP, Lord & Taylor, COACH, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Five Below, KPMG, NFL, Conoco-Phillips and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Jamie received an MBA from Lancaster University (UK) with a specialization in Leadership and Change Management. He is fluent in French.
Jamie completed advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he is adjunct faculty. He is certified in CCL 360 assessments, Firo-B, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Change Style Indicator, Hogan 360, California Psychological Indicator 260 (CPI-260), Campbell Leadership Index, Work Place Big-5 and Coaching Mindset Index. In addition, Jamie is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Jamie enjoys sports, music, exercise and spending time with his wife and four children.
