As part of a global leadership team, he then guided the business to private-equity acquisition.

Jamie received an MBA with distinction from the UK’s Lancaster University with a specialization in Leadership and Change Management. In addition, he holds an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation.
Certified in both the CCL and Hogan 360 multi-rater instruments, Jamie’s individual psychometric assessments include Firo-B, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Change Style Indicator, Hogan (HDS, HPI and MVPI), California Psychological Indicator 260 (CPI-260), Campbell Leadership Index, WorkPlace Big Five and Coaching Mindset Index.
Based on his leadership research, industry experience and coaching practice, Jamie developed the 4-D Leadership™ framework and recently partnered with the CCL to create a specialized 360-degree assessment based on his model.
